Relocating to Mosman?

Here is some helpful information to assist you with your potential move, school and Mosman property search.

Mosman is a beautiful, leafy suburb located on the lower north shore of Sydney, eight kilometres north-east of the CBD. Home to both singles and families, people flock to Mosman to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle and proximity to beautiful Balmoral Beach. Schools are definitely one of the reasons that families are drawn to this suburb as it has a great selection of both public and private schools and is one of the rare suburbs that has a public high-school – and a good quality one at that!

Living in this beautiful suburb is not inexpensive, with a median house price of $3.155m and a median unit price $962,500 a 12% and 11.7% increase respectively over 2015.

September was a very big month for prestige Mosman real estate with several $8m+ homes selling. The Mosman real estate market has had a severe shortage of properties, however expect to see more properties hit the market next week after the end of the school holidays.
