Lower North Shore property snapshot

Are you having a tough time getting into the property market on Sydney’s Lower North Shore? Do you keep missing out at auction or are not able to find the right property within your budget? Then let us assist you. As Lower North Shore buyers agents we specialise in finding, negotiating and purchasing properties on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. Not only do we get first access to properties, we also get access to off-market properties that never make it to the general market. We offer three levels of service so we can help buyers of all budgets and needs.

We help property buyers of all budgets, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to grand waterfront homes. We search, negotiate and secure the property for you at the best possible price. We have bought properties in suburbs all across the Lower North Shore and we thoroughly know this market.

Here are some things we particularly love about Sydney’s Lower North Shore:

Balmoral Beach:

It is hard to beat the beauty of Balmoral Beach. Whether it is watching the sunrise early in the morning when the water is still and calm or strolling along the Esplanade at dusk, Balmoral Beach is a special place. If you like exercise and scenery, the walk from Taronga Zoo to Balmoral Beach is spectacular. It is a 7km hike with beautiful views of the harbour, Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

Taronga Zoo:

Whether you have kids or not, you can’t go past a visit to Taronga Zoo. The zoo cares for 4,000 animals from over 350 species and is idyllically located on the shores of Sydney Harbour in Mosman. It is only a 12 minute ferry ride from Circular Quay to Taronga Zoo and you get to enjoy Sydney’s beautiful harbour on the trip.

Neutral Bay:

Neutral Bay has become a foodie hotspot on the lower north shore. If there is a hip new restaurant opening on the lower north shore, the chances are that it will be in Neutral Bay. In addition to fun restaurants such as SoCal, Aristotle and Firefly, Neutral Bay is also a Japanese restaurant hub, home to favourites such as Kyushu, Izakaya Samurai and Jugemu & Shimbashi.

Kirribilli has a great community feel and is home to Government House, the Prime Minister’s Sydney residence, as well as the Ensemble Theatre and the Royal Yacht Squadron. And you can’t go past The Botanist for a fun, local bar and restaurant. The Kirribilli Markets are also a must-do and offer a design, art and fashion market one Sunday per month and the general market on two Saturday’s per month.
