Sydney Property Auction Results – April 7th, 2018
|Source:||Australian Property Monitors|
Sydney property performed moderately well at auction with 702 properties listed for auction and a reported auction clearance rate of 67%.
Property is selling well in some Sydney suburbs and defying the negative headlines. Whereas in other parts of Sydney, it is the opposite and property is performing poorly.
I strongly believe you should look at the fundamentals of where you are buying property and know the minimum amount of time you will own the property. Once you understand this, you can look at the underperforming suburbs differently and decide whether there is a property buying opportunity or not. We provide our clients with market intelligence to assist in selecting the best suburb for their family and budget needs.
The highest priced property sale this week was 21 Hope St, Pymble, a 6 bedroom home that sold for $6.5m. The second highest priced property sale this week was 23 Lyndhurst Crescent, Hunters Hill, a 5 bedroom waterfront home that sold for $6.18m (feature image above).
