Bernadette Brennan founded Premier Home Finders in 2010 with a clear purpose: to give Sydney buyers access to the kind of expert, deeply personal service that was simply missing from the market.

More than fifteen years on, that purpose hasn’t changed — but the results speak for themselves. Premier Home Finders is now one of Sydney’s most respected buyers’ agencies, with a reputation built on genuine market intelligence, trusted agent relationships, and a consistent ability to secure properties others never get to see.

Bernadette specialises in the Lower North Shore — one of Sydney’s most competitive and tightly-held markets — where her relationships with selling agents run deep. That access translates directly into results: a significant proportion of Premier Home Finders’ acquisitions are secured off-market, before a property ever reaches the wider public.

Before founding the business, Bernadette served as Managing Director of an ASX-listed financial media company and worked in private equity in New York, where she sourced business acquisitions in the $35–50 million range. Those years sharpened the commercial rigour and negotiation instincts she brings to every client engagement — whether that’s a first home, a forever home, or a high-performing investment.

Jill brings something rare to the property buying process — two decades of hands-on experience as a residential property investor in Sydney, combined with ten years as a fully licensed Buyers’ Agent. What began as a deep personal passion for property became a professional calling in 2015, and her clients are all the better for it.

Her investment knowledge is backed by exceptional financial credentials — a Certified Practising Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst candidate and holder of a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Finance. Wendy understands the right financial structures for building long-term family wealth.

Wendy specialises in the upper and lower North Shore markets, with a deep understanding of the families and communities that define these suburbs. Leanne is the person who keeps Premier Home Finders running beautifully behind the scenes — and our clients couldn’t be in better hands. With a degree in Business Management and her qualification as a NSW Justice of the Peace, she brings both the professional grounding and the personal warmth that defines everything we do.

Before joining the team, Leanne managed operations at a well-regarded Mosman financial planning business, where seamless client experiences and smooth day-to-day running were her signature. She went on to bring that same approach to a busy healthcare practice — an environment where attention to detail and genuine care for people aren’t optional extras, they’re non-negotiable. In both roles, her natural ability to connect the dots and keep all parts of the business communicating made her indispensable.
