This year marks an exciting new chapter for us at Premier Home Finders. We’ve moved from the action of Military Road to the tranquil, scenic surrounds of Georges Heights in Mosman. Our new space is a reflection of our approach —dynamic, expert, and focused on delivering outstanding results every time.
While our address has changed, our mission remains the same: to help people find not just a property, but a home. We pride ourselves on uncovering opportunities others might miss, from tightly held off-market gems to the perfect home that ticks every box—sometimes boxes our clients didn’t even know they had.
What truly makes our work special is the community that grows from it. Our clients often tell us that the journey doesn’t end when they get the keys—it’s just the beginning. Meet the Property Experts Who Make It Happen
Bernadette Brennan – Founder and Principal, Bernadette launched Premier Home Finders in 2010 with the vision of giving buyers an advantage in Sydney’s competitive property market. With over a decade of local experience, she combines sharp negotiation skills with an instinct for matching people to homes that fit their lifestyle, investment goals, and dreams.
When I’m not playing competitive tennis (which I still love), you’ll find me walking our two dogs, spending time with family and friends, reading a book, or relaxing in my infrared sauna.
Jillian Cook – Jill brings a wealth of personal and professional property knowledge, with a passion for securing the best possible outcomes for her clients. She has a strong network in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and a talent for unearthing unique opportunities, including highly sought-after off-market listings.
When I’m not out viewing properties, you’ll usually find me enjoying the beautiful Hermitage Walk in Vaucluse or doing Pilates with my best mate Jaz. I love going out for a lovely meal, complete with matching wine, and cherishing the company of wonderful friends. Spending time with my three beautiful daughters is my favourite pastime.
Wendy Zhang – Wendy’s expertise bridges finance and property. As a CPA and Chartered Financial Analyst candidate, she offers clients a clear-eyed understanding of how property fits into their long-term wealth strategy. With a deep knowledge of the Upper and Mid North Shore markets and fluency in Mandarin, she works seamlessly with both local and international buyers.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me building my personal property portfolio or running around after my fun-loving 7-year-old daughter.
Leanne White – As Client Services Manager, Leanne ensures every step of the buying process is smooth and stress-free. Her organisational skills, local knowledge, and genuine care mean clients feel supported from the first conversation to well after settlement day. She keeps our team running like clockwork, so we can focus on finding the perfect property.
