Notable transactions included the sale of “Leura” a heritage-listed estate in Bellevue Hill which was Sydney’s highest priced sale for the year. Following closely was “Mainhead” a waterfront mansion on Wunulla Rd, Point Piper boasting stunning Sydney Harbour views. 

Lavender Bay in Sydney’s North secured the 8th spot with the sale of the historic home “Idlemere” – the only one of the top eight property sales located outside the Eastern Suburbs.
